Very efficient and friendly. I am from out of state and all online ordering couldn't accommodate my request for a Sunday delivery. I have a cousin in MA and asked for her help to find me a good local florist. She made a few calls and landed at Methuen Flowers. She told me to specifically speak with Maria as she has spoken with her about my situation. I then called Maria and discussed my dilemma. She then told me to go ahead and order from their website and put my special instructions there and they will get back to me if anything. And I am so glad that all went well!!
