Very responsive and helpful and the flowers were apparently gorgeous. When they were delivered to my cousin at the memory care facility her brother happened to be visiting and he texted to say that they were gorgeous and everybody "was in awe". Exactly the hoped-for reaction. Thank you!!

Wonderful experience! Salesperson was very helpful, and the arrangement was gorgeous. The recipients were very pleased with the number of flowers and the wonderful fragrance.

The flowers were sent to my aunt for her birthday. She absolutely loved them. The presentation looked exactly how it did in the photo. I would definitely recommend Methuen Flowers.

Methuen Flowers’ customer service was excellent. They were extremely responsive and wanting to make sure that I was happy with the arrangement sent as a Thanksgiving centerpiece to my host even to the point of offering to replace it late the day before. All was unnecessary as my host was very pleased and it looked lovely all around. You won’t be disappointed.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
